Custom dies owned by AOYIN. 1,800–2,800 UST presses, 30–300 mm profiles, 6063/6005A/6061 alloys, 20,000+ t annual capacity.
CNC Machining OWN
Our own workshop: 60+ machining centers including 3/4/5-axis, ±0.05 mm precision, first-article and in-process inspection.
Anodizing & Finishing
Type II anodizing 5–25 µm with coloring and sealing, film thickness and adhesion tested every batch, finishing report with each shipment.
