Medium Aluminum Extrusion Battery Shell
Mid-size extruded aluminum battery shell built for 3-wheeler and e-rickshaw packs that need a compact footprint without giving up structural strength. The profile is extruded as one continuous piece, then finished on our in-house CNC and anodizing lines for clean edges and a uniform surface.
Cross-sections are sized from your pack drawing - trapezoid, rectangular or custom - so cells, BMS and wiring fit precisely. Ideal for packs from 20 Ah to 60 Ah depending on cell format.
