Three Production Stages, One Accountable Partner

From aluminum billet to finished, anodized battery enclosure — every stage of your project is managed under one quality system and one point of contact. All facilities, including our own CNC workshop, are open for your factory audit.

Stage 1

Aluminum Extrusion

Custom profile tooling, 1,800–2,800 UST presses, profiles from 30 mm to 300 mm width. Battery box profiles with snap-fit and screw-boss features extruded to drawing.

Our Own Workshop

Precision CNC Machining

60+ machining centers including 3/4/5-axis. Milling, drilling, tapping and chamfering of battery box end caps, trays and covers. You are welcome to audit our workshop.

Stage 3

Anodizing & Finishing

Type II anodizing (5–25 µm), coloring and sealing for corrosion resistance and brand finish. Every batch tested for film thickness and adhesion.

Precision CNC Machining Workshop

OUR OWN FACILITY ✓ Audit Welcome

Our own CNC workshop is the heart of AOYIN's machining capability. Send your drawings or sample boxes, and our engineers will map every feature to the right machine and fixture. Third-party audits (SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas) and customer inspections are welcome on short notice.

Profiles are extruded on dedicated production lines under AOYIN's tooling and quality control. Dies are owned by AOYIN, so your profile designs stay locked to your project. Customers regularly visit the extrusion lines that run their profiles — audits and inline inspections are welcome at any production stage.

Type II sulfuric anodizing with coloring and sealing, controlled to your spec on film thickness, color consistency and salt-spray performance. Every batch comes with a finishing report. Audit welcome — see the tank line and film-thickness testing for yourself.

ISO-standard quality procedures run across the whole production network — certification upgrade in progress. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) and dimensional inspection report accompany every shipment.
