Large Aluminum Extrusion Battery Shell
High-precision extruded aluminum battery shells designed for e-rickshaw, 3-wheeler and light EV battery packs. Each shell is extruded as a single-piece profile and finished with our in-house CNC machining and anodizing lines, giving you a drop-in structural housing with consistent wall thickness and a clean, uniform surface.
We size every cross-section from your pack drawing - trapezoid, rectangular or custom shapes - so cells, BMS and wiring fit exactly. With up to 300 mm section width and 0.8-6 mm wall options, the same profile family covers both compact and high-capacity packs.
